Our Disability Care service provides compassionate, specialist support to individuals living with a range of physical, learning or sensory disabilities. We are committed to empowering every person we support to live as independently as possible and to participate fully in their community.
Our carers receive specialist training to support a wide range of conditions and disabilities, always working in partnership with clients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver truly person-centred care.
